The software will be delivered
to your email account as soon as we
recieve notification of payment by
either Paypal or eSellerate, therefore
it is absolutely vital that a
correct email address is
provided.
If you choose to have a CDROM
delivered, it may take at least a week
for the CD to arrive. Make sure that
your address is valid. It will be
shipped via air mail.

The following licensing options are available. Please purchase the correct license for use. If you have doubts on what license to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Delivery timeline
Delivery for Quick File Rename, Folder Maker and Fast Folder Rename is immediate if you use a credit card and payment is made via Paypal. Once your purchase is confirmed you will be sent an email with download instructions. If you use an echeque, we cannot send you the software until the cheque has cleared. If you purchase via eSellerate, the order will be handled within 24 hours as this is processed manually.
If you purchase any software productivity bundles, upgrades or any other products, these orders are handled manually. You will receive this within 24 to 48 hours, usually much less. We are working hard so that all our products can be delivered immediately in the near future. The product will be delivered to your email account as soon as the order is processed. Ensure your email account does not block HTML email otherwise you will not be able to receive the software. If you ordered a CD, this will be delivered via postal mail. If you purchase the software alone
without upgrades, you are entitled to
free minor updates on the software e.g.
if you purchase version 3.0 of a
software, you are entitled to 3.1, 3.2,
etc.

If you purchase the Unlimited Upgrades option, you are entitled
to upgrades of all major revisions related to the software. e.g.
4.0, 5.0 etc. For only a small price, the unlimited upgrades option future proofs your software and ensures that you will always get the best and most feature packed version upon release.
Major revisions denote completely new features and upgrades, while
minor revisions would denote probable bug fixes and minor changes.
